Creating an online account profile gives you access to a wide variety of applications and services designed to help you do business with Pitney Bowes. 

Enroll your products and account information to easily access more tools and customised features based on your profile.

What you need to register:
  • A valid email address - which will also be your user name
  • A strong, memorable password
  • An answer to a security question
  • Information on your PB product (serial number, customer location account number)

How to create your online profile

Your online account is available from anywhere on the Pitney Bowes website. Use the SIGN IN link in the top right corner of the main screen.

Provide the requested information:
  • Your name
  • Your company's name
  • Your email address (will be the user ID/user name to access your account)
  • A password that has 6 - 20 letters and/or numbers. Do not use special characters, symbols or spaces.
  • An answer to one of three password reminder questions
  • Your support communication preferences, ensuring you get the information you need to manage your Pitney Bowes products
Verify your new account
Once you submit the requested information, an email containing the final verification step will be sent to your address within minutes.
  • Check your email and click the link provided to complete the registration process (Note: If you do not receive this email verification message, check your junk mail folder).
  • If the verification process is not completed in 30 days, the account will be deleted and you'll have to re-register.
