Unlock a dialogue in Portrait Dialogue

Product Feature: Dialogue Admin
Dialogue opened by a user get 'locked' by it. This prevents other user from editing or executing same dialogue.

Following are the steps to unlock a dialog that is locked by another user:
  • Open Dialogue Admin.
  • Navigate to Database Instance -> User and Security -> Object Security -> Dialog
  • Right click on the dialog that needs to be unlocked, select properties and click on 'unlock'.
  • As a best practice, before unlocking a dialog, the user who has the lock on it should be informed before.
  • The user should have following Access rights (refer the first screenshot) or a Member of Administrators group (refer the second screenshot)
