How to handle New Zealand Post's Office Mail file transaction issue

Please report to the Software Support Team at software.support@pb.com for any of the following file transaction issues:

1. Missing SOA file
2. Missing VPOST file
3. Missing Control file (ctrl)
4. Reconciliation issue; differences between number of submitted mailpieces and processed envelopes
5. Invalid XML file; missing/extra space, invalid character e.g. apostrophe, single/double quote

Please let us know the name of the affected PS/zip file for any of the above issue.
