How to upload accounting data on the Connect+ Series and SendPro P Series

Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
Note: Accounting is an optional feature. Contact your Pitney Bowes Sales Representative for information about options and pricing.

To upload accounting data to external accounting systems such as Business Manager and Total Meter Reporting:
  1. From the Home screen, press Manage Accounts. The meter will automatically upload any pending transactions to the accounting server.
Note: If the meter is unable to connect to the Pitney Bowes Data Center, see Resolve connection issues on the Connect+ series and SendPro P series.
