How to resolve only having one contract option when raising a job in Confirm when there should be several available

Products affected: Confirm®

When raising a Job, the pick list under the 'Pref.Contr.' field is only offering 1 contract when it should be offering more.

This issue happens when the date on the Contract has finished.  You will need to go the Contract and check this.
On the Confirm Explorer, navigate to:
  • Contract Preparation
  • Contracts
  • Choose the contract and check the 'Finish Date'
  • If the 'Finish Date' has expired then you will need to amend this date

Once you have amended this date, go back and you will be able to click on the 'Pref.Contr.' and see that Contract is now available to pick from.
