ContentAuthor: The Reviewer gets no email to to review a message

Product Feature: Content Author

 
When messages gets created in Content Author and gets submiited. The Reviewer is to receive an email advising them that there is a message available for Review. However no email is sent or received?

This could be an environmental issue or something has changed on the exchange server. Ensure there are no problems with the exchange server. Antivirus could be running which has blocked something.
