Agreement to Limit Use of Point of Call Address Data (PoCAD)

To comply with Canada Post Corporation (CPC) data licensing requirements, CPC requires that all Canadian CODE-1 Plus™ customers sign a legally binding agreement that limits the use of Point of Call Address Data (PoCAD).
PoCAD cannot be used in a transactional/real-time environment, nor can it be used for any Postal Code look-up or database browsing situation.  You must sign a contract addendum stipulating that you will only use the provided PoCAD in a batch processing environment for mailing purposes.  Pitney Bowes Software® has created a contract addendum for all existing Canadian CODE-1 Plus™ customers which can be found at the following URL:

Agreement to Limit Use of Point of Call Address Data (PoCAD)

For customers wishing to use an API/Callable program in their batch environment using PoCAD, Pitney Bowes Software® has created an additional callable program to the Canadian CODE-1 Plus™ product.
IMPORTANT: Use of the PoCAD data requires the execution of the data licensing addendum set out in the above URL. Access to PoCAD will be provided upon return of the signed addendum to  contract.research@pb.com. Once you sign the addendum and it is received by Pitney Bowes Software®, you will receive instructions to access a special download for the additional callable program.
