When the USPS has a Scheduled Maintenance Outage Mail360 Data Manager/EngageOne Delivery Audit users will have a delay in receiving scans

Here is an example of a Scheduled Maintenance Outage notification sent out from the USPS Informed Visibility (previously IMb TRACING®):
 
“Attention IV-MTR Users:
 
USPS Data Transfer Services (DTS) is currently conducting critical maintenance. This is affecting the Informed Visibility® (IV®) MTR application scan data and mail quality data processing.
 
You will experience delays in your data feeds until DTS maintenance is completed. Another update will be provided by 10AM CT. Once DTS resumes data provisioning, you will receive new data and all data impacted during the maintenance period.
 
Do not reply to this email. Please contact the IV-Solutions Center with any questions or should you experience issues outside the maintenance window. The IV-Solutions Center is available (Monday - Friday, 7am - 7pm CT, with the exception of USPS observed holidays) at 1-800-238-3150, Option #2, or InformedVisibility@usps.gov.

 MAIL360 Data Manager™/EngageOne™ Delivery Audit/EngageOne™ Inform users will see a delay in receiving scans during these outages.  No scan data will be lost, but temporarily delayed during this maintenance period.
