How to resolve POP3 SSL Gateway connection problem in E-Messaging

If the user is experiencing a POP3 connection issue and the connection is over SSL with the certificate in the keystore, the issue is most likely with the SSL port number.

There are few things that can be checked and performed:
1.Firewall rules are relaxed to allow the connection
2.Check if the SSL Port number is not in use by any other services and changed accordingly
3.Check for the protocols and ciphers that e-messaging supports as part of an SSL connection
4.Restart the application and the application server.
