How to resolve inability to print to network printer in MapInfo Pro

Printing to a network printer may suddenly stop working without any warning. Please perform two of the following steps:
  1. Please Print to PDF via MapInfo Pro and then print the PDF (If this works we can rule out MapInfo Pro as the issue).
  2. Please reset your Printer Server and then try to print via MapInfo Pro.
It is best to reset the Printer Server when user are not using other printers on the network.
