How often are Address Change Service(ACS) scans normally sent from the USPS to the EngageOne Delivery Audit/EngageOne Inform/Mail360 Data Manager hub

How often are Address Change Service(ACS) scans sent to the EngageOne™ Delivery Audit/EngageOne™ Inform/Mail360 Data Manager™ hub?
 
On average days the Pitney Bowes data from the Seamless Acceptance Service Performance (SASP) is sent to the EngageOne™ Delivery Audit/EngageOne™ Inform/Mail360 Data Manager™ hub (between 7pm and 1am) and (between 1pm and 7pm) Central time.

Note:  This is not always the case.  The USPS sometimes has issues that prevent them from sending data on the schedule.   Once they correct the issue, all the scans that were delayed are sent to their customers, and no data is lost.
