Adding additional accounts and products to your online profile

This article is for clients that have already registered for a Pitney Bowes online account.  

If you are not yet registered, go to "How to register for an online account

To add additional billing accounts to your online profile, including those for different sites, you first need to login to your online account.

You will then need to go to 'Profile' and select 'Manage Accounts'. Now you will see all accounts and equipment currently attached to your profile.

Once you ‘Add an account number.’  you will be prompted to confirm the account number being added, then ‘continue’. Finally, input account details as table below.
