How to extend session timeout in Confirm

Product Feature: Application Infrastructure, Confirm® OnDemand


To extend customer timeout period within Confirm®, you will need the following:
  • User ID to be extended
  • Period of time to be extended
  • Which environment (Production, Test, Development)
Contact Pitney Bowes Support, provide above information. 

The Tech Support Rep will open a case, then submit a ticket to the On Demand Team requesting time out.
