Getting started with SendPro shipping on the Connect+ and SendPro P-Series

Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000

Once you have placed an order for the SendPro® shipping feature, you will receive a welcome email instructing you how to obtain your login and password details.

Select any of the buttons within the Shipping tile in the Home screen to access the login screen. Your login details should be the same as your Pitney Bowes account. If you do not receive or mislay the welcome email please contact your local Pitney Bowes office for further support.
