How to avoid description text being carried over from the Enquiry into the Job in ConfirmConnect

On raising a defect job from a Customer Enquiry the description text is being carried over from the Enquiry into the Job screen and is appearing on the resulting works order sheet. 

To stop this happening you need to make a change in ConfirmConnect Settings.

In Confirm application go to System Administration > System Configuration > ConfirmConnect Settings and check whether 'Default Defect From Enquiry' option is ticked.
When it's ticked, Defects created from Enquiries have their Description and Location defaulted from the Enquiry Subject, Number and Location
