Downloading and storing an Envelope Message on the DM100I-DM200I and DM110i-DM220i

Products affected:
DM100™, DM150™, DM200 (P720)
DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20)

 
  1. From the Home screen (meter displays the date and selected Class) press the Options key.
  2. Press Page Down twice, then select Connect-Data Centre.
  3. Select Uploads and Downloads.
  4. The meter displays System Update Please Wait while it connects to Pitney Bowes.
  5. If there are any pending downloads, the machine will display Update Available – Get Update Now?.  Select Get Update Now.
Note: If the meter displays No Updates Available, it is possible that the logo has already been downloaded.  Proceed to the next steps below.
  1. When the download is complete, select Continue. The meter returns to the Home screen.

Select an Envelope Message:
  1. From the Home screen, press the Page Down key.
  2. Select: Ad:.
  3. Select Select an Ad.
  4. Use the Page Up/Down keys to scroll through the available logos by name, and select one by pressing the corresponding button.
