Setting meter refill notifications online

You can schedule to receive email notifications when your postage funds need to be refilled. Use your account to set meter refill notifications online. TIP: You need to create an online account to use this feature.
  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. In the Your Products section, select the product for which you wish to set up notifications.
  3. From the Popular Tasks menu, select Set Meter Refill Notification.

  4. Select this Sign In Here button to sign in and go directly to your Email Settings:

  5. Select Email Settings from the menu located in the upper right.

  6. Select the Edit link next to the account for which you wish to set up refill notifications.
  7. Select the meter serial number from the Meter Serial Number menu.
  8. You may have up to five email addresses for each meter. Under Email addresses to receive notifications, enter the email addresses you wish to receive notifications when postage is added and select the Add button. To delete an email address, select the Delete button next to it.
  9. When finished, select the Submit button at the bottom.
