Change Your Address Online

If you need to change either your Invoicing address or the address of where your equipment is located, you are now able to do this simply by visiting Your Account in our online portal.

You will need to register online to complete this. If you have not done so already, please see Creating an Online Profile for guidance.

Once registered follow the steps below:
  1. Sign in to Your Account in our online portal.
  2. Once in the Home page, go to your 'Profile' and select 'Manage Accounts'where you will see all accounts and equipment attached to your profile.                                                                                                      User-added image
  3. Select the 'Change' link above your company details.User-added image
  4. A form will appear for you to update your address information.
  5. You will then need to select the appropriate 'Yes/No' blue boxes to update:
    1. The physical location of your equipment
    2. The billing address.
  6. Once you have ticked the to agree to the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions; select 'Next'.
  7. Once you have verified your new details are correct; click 'Confirm' or 'Edit' to correct your details.
  8. You will then see 'Change of Address Successfully Submitted' and will need to select 'Confirm' once more. Your old address will also be displayed at this point.
  9. Once the changes have been implemented online, you will also receive an email confirmation for your records.

If you are updating your meter location, you may also require new Envelope Messaging to reflect your new address.
