Requesting a Refund

If you require a refund, you will need to speak with one of our Client Services team who will be happy to assist you. Please see various options to do this under Contact Us.

When contacting us you will need to provide the information detailed below:
  1. Either your Pitney Bowes account number or the invoice number
  2. Value of refund required
  3. Your bank account number 
  4. Your bank sort code

Please note:
  • If we credit an unpaid invoice, no refund is due to you.
  • All refunds are processed through bank transfer (BACS)
