How to check for scans for a specific Mailer ID using Mail360 Data Manager/EngageOne Delivery Audit database

After adding a new Mailer ID(MID), how can we check to make sure scans are being received for a specific MID?

The Mail360 Data Manager/EngageOne™ Delivery Audit reports do not offer searches by MID.  If you know what the job name these scans are part of, you can run reports by job name.

If you only know the specific MID, you can do a query on the database.  You need to run the query on the target Data Manager database using SQL Server Management Studio.  The below queries will return the rows that have '987654321' in their IMB column. If your MID is  '987654321' you can search for the number '987654321' in the Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) column since the MID is part of the IMB. As per IMB tracing specifications, the 9-byte MID is from the 6th to 14th digit of the IMB.  If your MID is 6-bytes, then the 6-byte MID is from the 6th to 11th digit of the IMB.
