Increasing the logging level using EngageOne Inform/Engage One Delivery Audit/Mail360 Data Manager

  1. Navigate to "< EngageOne Delivery Audit Install folder>\Data Manager Web Services" or “<Mail360 Data  Manager install foder>\Data Manager Web Services"
  2. Make a backup of the "MessageReceiver.log4net.config, ClientBus.log4net.config, FtpAgent.log4net.config and DataManager.log4net.config" files.
  3. Open the "MessageReceiver.log4net.config" file in a text editor and replace DEBUG, INFO and WARN with TRACE and save the file. Perform the same steps for ClientBus.log4net.config, FtpAgent.log4net.config and DataManager.log4net.config files.
  4.  Restart the Message Receiver service, Mail360 Data Manager, Mail360 FTP Agent and Mail360 Client Bus services. Before restarting the message receiver service, make sure that no job file is in the Processing state.
  5. After the restarting the Mail360 Data Manager services, try to perform some operations on the Mail360 Data Manager and wait for 30 mins to get the logs recorded
  6. Replace the "MessageReceiver.log4net.config, MessageReceiver.log4net.config, ClientBus.log4net.config, FtpAgent.log4net.config and DataManager.log4net.config" file with the backup files (backup is taken in the step (2)
  7.  Restart the Message Receiver service, Mail360 Data Manager, Mail360 FTP Agent and Mail360 Client Bus services.
