Error message 'java.language.Exception: Active Drive does not exist in the system' is being observed on importing template in EngageOne Administration.
This may be caused when EngageOne Server is unable to access the 'Active Drive' directory either due to not having adequate permission or network issue (if 'Active Drive' resides on a shared drive).

Ensure login/user under which EngageOne service is running should have all the permissions (read, write or change) on 'Active Drive' folder and no network disruption should occur with between EngageOne Server and 'Active Drive' directory.
