'Could not allocate space for object' message in EngageOne Server

Issue

While running Batch in EngageOne Server, following error is being observed:

|ERROR|BatchItemProcessorWorker|[BatchItemWorker-8]|Input Answer Id: 24237|Input File Name: <File_Name>.xml|error processing record with id: 24237 com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.Batch_DocumentRequests'. 'Batch_DocumentRequests_PK' in database '<EngageOne_DB>' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup. at com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException.makeFromDatabaseError(SQLServerException.
 

Cause

This may be caused due to insufficient space on the drive where EngageOne database resides.

Resolution

Ensure there is sufficient free disk space available on the server/drive on which EngageOne database is hosted.
