Issue

Emails not being sent by EngageOne® Deliver returning CONTENT_FAILURE errors:

Cause

An image referenced by the document is not present in the image path defined in the outbound profile in EngageOne Deliver, resulting in the following error:

Error occurred in xxxxxx_ehtml_batch profile: Error reading Html file. Image not found. D:\pbs\vendors\my_group\OutProfiles\xxxxxx_ehtml_batch\image\my logo.jpg

UPDATED: December 3, 2018
Ensure that all images referenced by the eHTML are present in the defined image directory.
