Cause

The cause for the the error message in the IMBGetSingle api would be the mismatch between the Visual C++ runtime libraries used by Mail360 Manager and those used by Finalist application, OR between Mail360 manager’s runtime libraries and those being used by the users Visual Studio application.

Resolution

UPDATED: November 9, 2017

To resolve the issue updated the Mail360 Manager 2.3 version to the current version of the Mail360 Manager 2.4  After the re-installation of Mail360 Manager 2.4. Review the environment path of the Mail360 Manager 2.4 application to verify software installed into the proper path for API call setup.
Example:
Default software installation c:\program files\group1\mail360\lib\
c:\Program Files\Group1\MAIL360\rts\
User edited path source folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Group1\Runtime\
Change the default path to the users edited path allows the API to process successfully.
