When opening a template in the correspondent, and a font used by the template is not installed on the local machine, the following error is received:

The following fonts are not installed on your system. Substitute fonts will be used.
The delivered document uses the correct fonts and therefore may appear different than on your screen:

(name of missing font(s))


The font in question is not installed on the local machine.

Locate the missing font in the c:\Windows\Fonts directory on the machine that created the Template (Doc1 Designer machine), and install on the machine where the Interactive Correspondent is being launched
