Resolve "Host not responding" message in Business Manager
The message "Host not responding" is displayed in Business Manager.
The meter cannot communicate with the Business Manager computer.
UPDATED: January 22, 2018
- Restart the Business Manager computer.
- Turn off the meter.
- Make sure that the network cable is securely connected on both ends.
- Turn the meter back on.
