"You don't have the right printer connected for your label size." message on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto, Connect+ series, SendPro P
The message "You don't have the right printer connected for your label size." occurs because a UPS declared value label must be printed on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper along with its form.

Issue
When trying to print a UPS declared value label, the following message appears:
You don't have the right printer connected for your label size.
To print labels from your Connect+ you'll need to hook up either a desktop printer or a label printer.
To print labels from your Connect+ you'll need to hook up either a desktop printer or a label printer.
Cause
A UPS declared value label cannot be printed on a 4 x 6 label printer because it requires a form. The label and form must be printed together on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. The label and form cannot be printed as two separate actions.
Resolution
Print the label and form on a sheet of 8.5 x 11 paper:
- If you have a laser printer connected to your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto, Connect+ series or SendPro P, you can use it to print the label, or print the label from SendPro Online or PitneyShip on a computer.
- If you do not have a laser printer connected to your SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto, Connect+ series or SendPro P, create and print the label from SendPro Online or PitneyShip on a computer.
- If you use the SendPro 300, create and print the label from SendPro Online or PitneyShip on a computer.
