Resolve issue where User is unable to access the Client or Admin pages in Engageone 4.3.1

When trying to open the client website for EngageOne an error page is displayed showing:



This is caused by the passing of validation tokens back and forth between the EngageOne Client/Admin and OpenAM. When an invalid token is found then the system will redirect the browser back to OpenAM, and then back to EngageOne client. The reason that an invalid token would be generated is due to the site address being entered incorrectly.

Check the address that is being used in the browser to ensure that the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) is being used and not just the server name. For example:


This will not work and give the error message

This will result in a valid token being handed back to the browser and allow access to the EngageOne system
