Sagent Weblink: Reports are not visible on Internet Explorer 11

Issue

The user is not able to view Sagent reports in Internet Explorer 11 as shown in following screen:

Cause

You may come across such problems in Internet Explorer 11. Therefore, change the compatibility settings of IE to avoid the problem.

Resolution

Steps to change the compatibility view settings in Internet Explorer: 
  1. Click on Tools icon on Internet Explorer and select Compatibility View Settings.
  2.  Add Weblink server name/url as shown in following screen. For example, localhost is used here.
           If Weblink server name doesn’t work, then try to add the URL here.

        3. Save settings and exit Internet Explorer
        4. Login on Weblink client and verify
          
  If the issue is still not resolved, contact client support.
