Errors and compatible issues with MapInfo Pro third party tools

Issue

Error messages or compatibility issues arise when third party tools used within MapInfo Pro™.

Cause

Possible causes 
  1. The MapBasic® code is not compatible with desired version of MapInfo Pro
  2. Possible bug in the third party tool

Resolution

Since the third party tool are not internal to Pitney Bowes or part of MapInfo Pro, the issue need to be investigated by the developers of the tool.
Contacting the developer responsible for the third party tool is advised.
