OFMA 3.9- cannot configure Storage - Temp folders on admin website

Issue

OFMA 3.9-  cannot configure Storage - Temp folders on admin website - have insufficient access rights issue

I was configuring temporary folders for OM test server and after changing the values to local IP (192.168.100.201) Admin Website responds with ‘You have no rights to write’ even if all ‘Ofma’ folder is shared with ‘Read\Write’ for Everyone. Is it known issue?

Cause

No access rights when creating the specified folders.
If, when attempting to create folders, error messages are presented advising that you have insufficient access rights, manually create the \OFMA folder on the correct hard drive partition. This folder must be then shared and Network Services added as a user with full read and write access

Resolution
