Issue

In Portrait Dialogue™ solution (PD) when new data fields are added to the Domain in Dialogue Admin (DA) they sometimes do not appear in Visual Dialogue (VD).

Cause

The most common cause of this is forgetting to refresh the Domain Field list in DA after making the change.

Resolution

Refresh the Domain Field list in DA.

To do this, open the domain and right click anywhere in the Data fields in selected data group window, and select Refresh field list ...


Once you have done this, then save and close the domain.
