How to resolve Workzone settings in Confirm not refreshing in a timely fashion

Issue

In Confirm® you have altered settings in the Confirm Workzone Settings screen, however they are not refreshing/taking effect in a timely fashion and, therefore, not being immediately reflected in ConfirmWorkzone™ itself.

Cause

For Confirm versions up to version 16.1 inclusive and corresponding releases of ConfirmWorkzone Confirm does not currently refresh the Confirm Workzone Settings correctly.

Resolution

UPDATED: June 9, 2017
Upgrade to Confirm version 16.2 and ConfirmWorkzone version 1.6.

The workaround, if running earlier versions, is to recycle the Application Pool (within Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)) used for the ConfirmWorkzone web application.​
