Issue

The meter displays Infrastructure Error Code 337 and will not refill.

Cause

Your company has requested a limited refill budget and that amount has been exceeded, or there are not enough funds available to refill your meter.

Resolution

UPDATED: May 21, 2018
Wait until the next budget period (normally monthly), or attempt to refill for a lower amount. If the error returns, contact client support. Please have your model number ready.
