Resolve issue where the Write to DB stage's Create Table option truncates names to 17 characters in Spectrum

Issue

Write to DB stage within Enterprise Designer seems to truncate table names to 17 characters when using the Create Table option.

For instance, Oracle has a 30 character limit for table names.  However, tables created by Spectrum seem to have a 17 character limit.

When we type "Oracle_Table_2014_11_13" into Write to DB's create table option, we end up with a table called "Oracle_2014_11_13".

Within Spectrum itself you can tell that the table name was aliased by looking Read from DB's select Database Item.

Cause

There was a bug (CDQE-29764) discovered in Spectrum 9.2 whereby DB table names were aliased and or truncated.
