Resolve issue where the Spectrum Permanent License is not changing the Spectrum Module Expiration in Management Console

Issue

User's temporary license is expired. They applied a permanent key, but the temporary key's expiration still shows in Management Console.

The Spectrum KEY that they received works, as they were able to apply it to a number of other Spectrum machines. 

However, this one machine in particular is having the issue whereby they cannot apply the Spectrum KEY.

Cause

There is occassionaly an issue whereby Permanent KEYs applied to Spectrum Servers do not update expiration dates set by multiple Temporary KEYs.

Resolution

UPDATED: October 17, 2017


Work with Technical Support to apply the Spectrum Remove All Key.

Once applying the Remove All Key, refresh Management Console to confirm that all License Expiration have been pulled.

After apply the Remove All Key, reapply your Permanent KEY file.
