Error "ContentRepository (149) - No content files found for guid" in Mail360 Datamanager bus log

Issue

Error "ContentRepository (149) - No content files found for guid"  is observed in bus log while downloading scans from Mail360 HUB.

Cause

The error is observed when the .gz file is missing (archived or removed) from server bus repository.
 

Resolution

UPDATED: June 2, 2017
As per the Mail360 HUB maintenance policy, the HUB database is purged after every 90 days.

Therefore, downloading of the scan after 90 days of its arrival at HUB will result in this error as the scans are purged on the HUB.
