"Rate Manager Not Initialized" message on the DM100i-DM225

Issue

Your meter displays the system message, "Rate Manager Not Initialized"and there are no classes to select. 

Cause

The rate file is missing or corrupt.

Resolution

UPDATED: January 10, 2019
Follow these steps to update your meter's software:
  1. Press Options.
  2. Press Page Down twice.
  3. Select Connect-Data Center.
  4. Select Uploads & Downloads.
If your issue is not resolved, contact technical support. Have your model and serial number ready.
