The meter displays error code 1068 or 3168 and will not print.
There is a malfunction in the internal printer.

Restart your meter. Here are the steps to follow for a safe restart:
- Turn the power off with the power switch
- Wait for the display to turn off
- Wait one to three minutes, then turn the power switch back on
