Issue

The meter displays "Manufacturing Mode" and will not turn on.

Cause

The meter has encountered an internal error.

Resolution

The "Manufacturing Mode" warning message can appear prematurely. The message may be cleared by restarting the meter. Follow these steps to safely restart your meter:
  1. Unplug your power cord.
  2. Wait one to three minutes.
  3. Plug your power cord back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
If this message does not clear or if the message returns, your machine may need to be replaced. Contact technical support. Please have your model number and serial number ready
