The Weigh-On-The-Way® (WOW) unit will not zero.
The WOW unit is not calibrating correctly.

You may be able to resolve the error by cleaning the mail path and rebooting the machine:
- Turn machine off.
- Lift the transport lever and check for pieces of paper or debris.
- Lift the skis and look for paper.
- Blow out with non-flammable canned air.
- Lock the transport lever back into place.
- Leave the machine off for one to three minutes.
- Turn the machine on and do not touch the machine during power up.
