Opalis folder consuming excessive disk space

Issue

Opalis folder consuming excessive disk space

Cause

Running a monitor object and run program generate temp files.  Opalis has a limit as to how many temp files of a particular type it can have before it stops.

For Monitor Folder temp files are created in: C:\windows\temp\

For Run program temp files are created in:  C:\Program Files\Opalis Software\Opalis Integration Server\Action Server\Output

When there are multiple policies having run program running frequently, it is likely that the size of opalis directory increases due to the temp files in  C:\Program Files\Opalis Software\Opalis Integration Server\Action Server\Output.

Resolution

UPDATED: April 5, 2017

Clear temp files in C:\Program Files\Opalis Software\Opalis Integration Server\Action Server\Output.
Restart Opalis management service periodically.
