Error 03114100AD "Out of Tape" message on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P
When the meter runs out of tape it displays error code 0213420019, 0198610011, or 03114100AD "Out of tape".
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
Issue
The error 03114100AD "Out of tape" or one of these error codes appears:
- 0213420019
- 0198610011
Cause
The meter ran out of tape.
Resolution
Step 1: Watch the animated demonstration to see how to load a new tape roll
Important: The Connect+, SendPro P requires tape to print postage, even if you only print on envelopes.
Step 2: Follow the instructions on the screen
Follow the instructions on the screen to load a new tape roll.
- Press the Rewind button.
- Remove the old tape roll.
- Insert the new tape roll.
- Take the tape from the bottom of the roll and insert it into the rollers.
- Press Forward.
- The tape should now be ready for use.
