The meter displays error code 128E and will not print.
The meter is not getting a correct weight from the scale.
ResolutionUPDATED: September 1, 2017
To resolve this issue, restart the meter:
- Turn the power off with the power switch.
- Wait for the display to turn off.
- Wait one to three minutes.
- Turn the power switch back on.
