Resolve - files not being picked up from the outbound folder in Confirm - Contractor Access File Processing



The Contractor Access XML agent is running and is producing files into the outbound folder as expected.

The files are then not being picked up by the contractor 3rd party software.



There could be 2 causes:

The clients FTP site is experiencing an issue that is preventing the files from being accessed by the third party software or The third party software is experiencing an issue on their side.

Neither of these issues are Confirm related, but are environmental .

Check the clients FTP site for issues, check that you can log in. If you cannot then the Client IT team needs to investigate and resolve.

If you can log onto the client FTP site, then the issue must be with the third party software and their admin's must investigate and resolve.
