The Connect+® / SendPro™ P Series displays error code 0418-22-009C "Print axis error".
The meter has detected an error with the internal printer.

To resolve this issue, check for updates and reboot the meter:
- Select Home at the top of the screen.
- Select Rates and Updates.
- If there is an update available, select Download updates to download and install it.
- Reboot the meter:
- Select the Gear from the lower right corner of the home screen.
- Select Shut Down from the menu.
- Select Shut Down on the pop-up.
- Wait for the screen to turn off and the blue light on the front to turn off. This may take several minutes.
- After everything has been off for 10 seconds, press the power button to turn the meter back on.
