Resolution

UPDATED: October 18, 2017

In profiles.ini

make sure resourceset= matches extractresources line.
Extract resources is set to distrib\XS20150401

your resurceset=HP20150301

should be

resourceset=XS20150401

in distrib\XS20150401  client also needs to generate a new set of fonts at the command like
afpsubstitute > fonts.ini

restart render.

The issue got resolved as Vault was able to find the correct resouce set and the correct set of fonts.
