Resolve error "ESB Alert Notification: 'EnquiryUpdatesOut' activation" in relation to Confirm

Issue

You are running a Microsoft BizTalk integration between your Confirm® system and a third-party system. Your BizTalk connection throws the error:

ESB Alert Notification: 'xxxxxx: EnquiryUpdatesOut' activation.

Cause

An internal Microsoft BizTalk error, a localised network error at your site or, in the case of Confirm OnDemand systems, a problem with the Confirm OnDemand Connector.

Resolution for scenarios 1 & 2: An internal Microsoft BizTalk error, a localised network error at your site.

Check for any other errors/messages within your BizTalk logs. Check for any errors/messages within the Confirm Connector logs. Check with your local network team whether any problems were experienced on the network around the time(s) of the error(s).

Resolution for scenarios 3: A problem with the Confirm OnDemand Connector.

Raise a new case with the Confirm Technical Support team. Supply an extract from the log containing the error itself and the date and time of the error. The Confirm OnDemand team will then need to check the Connector logs to advise if there was an issue.
