How to resolve error "A transfer error occurred processing the request." in ConfirmConnect

 When attempting to log into ConfirmConnect™ you were unable, receiving the following error within the Transfers tab:

"A transfer error occurred processing the request."

You were showed as logged in when checking the User Reset screen in the Confirm client application.

A file was blocked by your security software. The issue is with a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) file for the XML Parser, a Microsoft tool that is still patched and, as such, it's classed as vulnerable on security scans.

The file is msxml4.dll, typically located in the folder C:\Windows\System32.
